I have been associated with Pall Spera Company for 24 of my 38 years in Stowe. I am now Managing Broker in the year and half old "village office" located next to Shaw's General Store. With the ever-changing real estate business I pride myself in maintaining the high level of knowledge necessary to keep abreast with the changes. I continue to try to maintain a genuine "no pressure" demeanor in working with customers and clients. The current market conditions require a quicker response to those seeking properties in Stowe Area. This is due to a changing inventory and continued demand for properties. With all this there is the ever-present gratification I receive by successfully making a customer or client's real estate experience positive and successful.

My first fourteen years in Stowe were spent doing a variety of things involving resort-related occupations. They included working in ski shops, managing the bars at the Shed, and bars and food facilities for Stowe Mt. Resort (formerly the Mt. Mansfield Company). From 1980 to 1984 I was a partner in the successful nightclub, B.K. Clarks.

In 1984 I not only joined Pall Spera, but more importantly, I married my wife, Patti. She has been the Innkeeper at the Green Mountain Inn, an historic inn on Main Street in Stowe, since 1989. Our oldest daughter, Brittany, is a junior at Stowe High School. Our youngest daughter, Katie, is a freshman at Stowe High School. They both make us proud of their academic and athletic accomplishments. Our home is located in one of Stowe's most tranquil areas, Sterling Valley near a 2,400 acre protected forest and gorge.

The 34 years in Stowe has been wonderful. With our girls growing up in what we believe to be an ideal environment, we will not be leaving soon. Let this comfort you in knowing you can be sure I'll be here not only for my family, but also for you!
